These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "the Client") and HockWorks, a service operated by 3Pal Pte Ltd ("HockWorks", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in Singapore.

By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and, where you act on behalf of a business, authorised to enter into these Terms on that business's behalf.

HockWorks provides website consulting and remodeling services for service businesses, including conversion-focused homepage blueprints, related design and implementation guidance, and complimentary website reviews.

• Free Website Review: Our complimentary website review is provided for informational purposes only. It reflects our professional opinion and carries no guarantee of any specific commercial result. Requesting a free review creates no obligation on either party to enter into a paid engagement.
• Paid Engagements: The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any paid engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, quotation, or written agreement, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement. Where there is a conflict, the terms of that specific agreement prevail.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without liability, subject to any commitments already made in an active paid engagement.

Fees for paid services are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise, and are set out in the applicable proposal or quotation.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms and any deposit required will be stated in your proposal or invoice.
• Work may commence once any agreed deposit has been received.
• Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
• Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes or third-party charges unless expressly stated.

To enable us to deliver our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access as reasonably required.
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and inputs within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure that any content, brand assets, or materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party.
• Use our services and deliverables in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Delays caused by late or incomplete information may affect timelines, and we are not responsible for such delays.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, is owned by or licensed to HockWorks and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our prior written permission.

For paid engagements, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise. We retain ownership of our underlying know-how, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing materials, and may reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our website and any free materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

While we apply professional care and experience, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, such as a particular increase in enquiries, conversions, revenue, or search rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, traffic, and how recommendations are implemented.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HockWorks and 3Pal Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a paid engagement will not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our website and services may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, and platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third party, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time if you breach these Terms or use our services unlawfully. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the applicable proposal or agreement.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
